পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণীর অভিভাবকদের নিম্নলিখিত দিনে mid day meal এর August মাসের আলু, চাল, সাবান ও ছোলা সংগ্রহ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। ঐ সময় ছাত্রদের actvity task জমা দিতে হবে।

The Madhyamik pas out candidates 2020, willing to get school leaving certificate must apply to the Headmaster through the school mail id ddkkha33@gmail.com mentioning your name ,fathers name and MP results.
The Madyamik pass 2020 candidates willing to get PPS/PPR for any subjects may contact with school at the time of their admission(classXI). Only guardian will come and sign the form in place of the students.Students need not come to school. photocopy of mark sheet,Admit card along with Rs.60(sixty)per subject is to be submitted.
All the guardians of Madhyamik candidates 2020 are requested to collect Marksheet and Certificates on 24/07/20 at 2.pm .The whole process will be done maintaining all COVID19 precautions. Wearing masks is compulsory for all the guardians. Admission (XI) related announcement will be declared during Marksheet distribution.

As per govt. order all the guardians of class V to VIII are hereby informed that the following dates have been fixed to distribute 2kg rice,2kg potatoes,250gram musur dal and 50 ml sanitizer from school hall room .No students will be allowed to take the said items.Only guardians will come with maintaining proper social distance ,wearing musk to collect the items described above.

পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেনীর অভিভাবকেরা যারা এখনো চাল ও আলু সংগ্রহ করতে পারেননি তারা 13.06.2020 তারিখ বেলা 11 থেকে 12 টার মধ্যে বিদ্যালয় থেকে চাল ও আলু সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।করোনা সতর্কতা মেনে চলতে হবে ।
সরকারি নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী আগামী 10.06.2020 ও 11.06.2020 তারিখ নিম্নলিখিত সময় অনুযায়ী দুই কেজি করে চাল ও আলু বিদ্যালয় থেকে বিতরণ করা হবে। বিদ্যালয়ের পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণির সমস্ত অভিভাবকেরা মাস্ক পরে করোনা সতর্কতা ও আচরণবিধি মেনে আলু ও চাল সংগ্রহ করতে পারবে।ছাত্রদের পরিচয় বহনকারী যে কোনো একটি নথিপত্র অতিঅবশ্যই সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।কোনো অবস্থাতেই ছাত্রদের সঙ্গে আনা যাবে না।

As per govt. notification all the students of class XI have been promoted to class XII considering covid 19 situation.They need not appear for remaining subjects of final examination. However every students of class XI should have enrolled in class XII through proper channel.Parents are requested to follow the school website for any updates.School will notify the dates of enrollment in class XII later.
