• Admission Form submission date  8/10/2015,  9/10/2015,  10/10/2015  from 12 noon to 2 pm.
• Date of Lottery  16/10/2015 at 2 pm.

• Birth Certificate

1. Filled Up Form
2. Birth Certificate (Xerox copy)
3. Caste Certificate for S.C., S.T., O.B.C. (Xerox copy)
